Streaming Services Move Up Premiere of 'The Remarried Empress' by a Day

Disney+ and Hulu have pushed the premiere of a new Korean series forward by 24 hours, according to The Hollywood Reporter. 'The Remarried Empress' will now begin streaming on November 3, one day earlier than originally scheduled.
The shift was announced during a Seoul press event featuring the show's lead actors. The series adaptation of a popular webtoon will debut with its first four episodes available at launch.
The release schedule for the remainder of the ten-episode season is unchanged. Following the initial drop, two new episodes will be posted every Wednesday starting November 11, with the finale arriving on November 25.
The story centers on Empress Navier, played by Shin Min-a. After her husband, Emperor Sovieshu (Ju Ji-hoon), becomes enamored with another woman (Lee Se-young), Navier secures a divorce with the condition that she can marry Crown Prince Heinrey, portrayed by Lee Jong-suk.
