Thimbleweed Park 2 Announced for 2028
Ron Gilbert, the legendary creator of Monkey Island, has officially announced Thimbleweed Park 2. The sequel to the 2017 pixel-art point-and-click adventure is in development for PC, Mac, and Linux, per IGN.
Rock Paper Shotgun reports the follow-up is "not really a sequel, not really a prequel." This news comes after Gilbert's other project, described as "Classic Zelda meets Diablo meets Thimbleweed Park," was cancelled last year.
Thimbleweed Park 2 is expected to arrive in early 2028. It will be available on Steam and GoG.
