What people are saying
Updated nightlyMarco van Belle’s direction is the one thing everyone who mentions it loves, but it can’t save this movie from a divisive reception. The setup, where five influencers awaken a vampire at a forest retreat, feels painfully familiar to many, and the story is widely criticized as thin and predictable. On the bright side, the acting is solid and the film looks great, but that’s not enough to win over viewers who feel they’ve seen it all before. It’s essentially a coin toss whether you’ll enjoy it.
